Yep day 24….. the days roll by like a dream……..Guess a lot of people are gearing up for the /Raw Spirit Festival… hope everyone has a great time…. looks very interesting… just not into long flights right now… plus I would have to look at all the fantastic raw chefs doing their thing….next year.
Things have cooled down… dont get me wrong.. its still sub tropical but not the intense summer heat which is a bit too much for any length of time…. still great for swimming and the water is warm, but the night are cooler as well as the early mornings…. makes it a bit more comfortable for sleeping… and dont need the fans as much
Stomach is still shrinking down but maybe a little slower… when I lay in bed you can feel a huge diffence in girth when I grab my side with hand…
Yesterday I had 2 liters of young cooconut water with some e3live and yes my pure synergy is back so had a few tablespoons of that…Trying to gear up for a one day water fast somewhere in the next week or so.
Energy remains High. Probaly do a walk and a swim to day.
