Broke the 36 hour water fast today… and felt really good today…. I was a little light headed this morning when doing the breath retention on advanced pranayama… but was able to do my weight workout, cardio of biking and elliptical plus a mile swim…
I have become somewhat disillusioned with the very poor quality of fruit here in bloomington..which does not make the fruit diet nice. I have modified to mostly smoothies with e3live and pure synergy , plus pollen and royal jelly during the day with a little fruit around lunch,,, dinner had become blend raw veggie soup using veggies, dash of lemon juice, ginger, some avocodo, little nori, some agave, and a dash of himalayan sea salt… blended into a soup.. and eaten at about 104 degrees…this seems to agree with me a lot better…. will try to work up to a 2-3 day water fast twice a month… perhaps the fruit will get better in july and august and we can do 30-60 days then… I have put in an application to work at the tree of life with gabriel cousens in the fall….this would be nice because it is a supportive spiritual community doing 100 percent live foods, with a bio dynamic garden and the best live food kitchen..
